The first buyer has a complete guarantee against faults in finishing, components or materials not due to natural wear or intensive use. In the unlikely event that manufacturing faults should be discovered, you may claim under our guarantee by returning the item of clothing to us, together with the purchase note via our dealer.

We offer a 2-year guarantee according the European directive 1999/44/EG document 399L0044. Depending on the kind of defect, the age and wear-out of the article it will be either repaired, taken back or replaced with write off.
